This Privacy Policy applies to the Apna Khata app (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Nemsingh Verma (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is provided “AS IS”.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall processes available on your device or via the mobile application marketplace.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
